In order to reserve the most comfortable stay while attending the ICMOVPE-XVI, we provide a hassle-free procedure in making a reservation for your accommodation.

3.	Complete the reservation form.

After filling out the hotel reservation form online, please print out the Reservation Completed page, then send it to the ICMOVPE-XVI Secretariat by fax (+82-42-472-7459) with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation.

You will receive the confirmation letter from the ICMOVPE-XVI Secretariat including your reservation number and the other specific information by E-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation letter within a week after your hotel reservation, please contact us on hotel@icmovpe2012.org or +82-42-472-4761.
